INGREDIENTS

  • 4 medium carrots, peeled and grated
  • 1 egg L
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup raw sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger (or grated)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 cups flour (integral if you want)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 Greek yogurt without sugar

PREPARATION

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

In a large bowl, grate 4 cup carrots. Add egg, oil, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, salt and mix well. Add the flour along with the baking powder. Mix and add yogurt.

When everything is well mixed, divide the preparation into muffin molds and sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Let it cool and serve!
